Bishop's Charge - 66th Diocesan Synod

The Right Reverend Michael Hawkins, Bishop of Saskatchewan, delivered the Bishop's Charge to the 66th Diocesan Synod that met at the Cathedral Church of St. Alban the Martyr Oct 16 and 17.

The Charge was delivered in two parts.
