The South American Mission Society (SAMS) and Church Mission Society (CMS) will be integrated into a single organization as of February 1, 2010. A celebration of this integration will be held in May. Our diocese has ties to SAMS, especially through our former Bishop Anthony Burton, and CMS was active in the early life of our diocese, particularly through Howard & Jean Green and Barbara Deck.
