Red Earth is a classic 'Swampy Cree' (N-dialect) reserve.  This community of 1,100 people sits in the marshes 300 km east of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.  It is a bird-hunters' paradise.  St. Stephen's may be replaced this summer with a modern church.
