The first Bishop of Saskatchewan, John McLean, and his wife, both of whom are buried at St. Mary's cemetery, Prince Albert.  The McLeans were good friends of the Charles Dickenses, and an interesting teenage correspondence between daughters of the two families survives.  One of Charles Dickens' sons subsequently came to Saskatchewan as part of the Northwest Mounted Police.
