Bishop George Bruce of Ontario arrives with Bishop Peter Coffin of Ottawa.  Bishop Bruce is recovering from a recent knee replacement.  Bishop Coffin just announced his intention to retire in July 2007.  He will continue to serve part-time as Bishop Ordinary to the Armed Forces.
