Here you will find resources associated with the 2024 Episcopal Election, to be held May 11th, 2024 at St. Alban's Cathedral. Please read the Memorandum for Prospective Candidates carefully and consult the Episcopal Election Nominating Guide.
Form A which allows any member of the Diocese of Saskatchewan to submit a name to the search committee can be found below. These proposals shall be received no later than April 12th, 2024 with all the accompanying documentation set out in the memorandum. This deadline has passed and Form A should no longer be used.
Form B can also be found below for download. This form allows any two delegates to the electoral synod to nominate additional candidates after the April 12th deadline, but before 9:30 a.m. on May 8th, 2024. To be considered valid Form B including all the accompanying materials as set out in the memorandom must be received by the search committee by 9:30 a.m. on May 8th, 2024. This is a firm deadline. Please consult the Memorandum and the document "Form B Episcopal Nominating Guide".
You will also find the document "2024 Electoral Synod Alternate Delegate Certification". This form must be completed and accompany any delegate who is attending as an alternate if a parish delegate is unable to attend.
